The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals in collaboration with the Hispanic Wealth Project (HWP) released their 2024 State of Hispanic Wealth Report, detailing the Hispanic community’s progress in creating household wealth. The HWP focuses on three segments to advancing Hispanic household wealth: homeownership, entrepreneurship, and savings and investments. In this latest report, the HWP added asset protection and estate planning as a new segment. Here are highlights from the report:

- Hispanics are investing in real estate at younger ages than non-Hispanic groups.
- 71% of Hispanic homebuyers bought real estate in middle-to-upper-income areas.
